A Business Controller participates in the management of a company and is responsible for the financial management.
The controller is occupied with the planning and control cycle within a company.
This consists of:
- Financial reporting
- Investment analysis
- Cost allocations
- Balance sheet
- Profit and Loss statements
- Budgetting
- the annual report and forecasting (scenarios)
- Cashflow prognoses
- Costprice analysis
- Strategic planning scenarios
- Valuation of a business
Another important task is the improvement of operational processes, workflows and controls (AO/IC).
